I led 4 teams across the US and Ireland to develop solutions for customers' complex enterprise needs with refined experiences with proprietary complex customizable components and flows. We extended our capabilities by developing and launching an open-source design system, Canvas. We increased product engagement by bringing a motion library to life while doubling design system contributions through design partnerships, activities, and recognition programs.

I led 3 teams across the US, Bulgaria and India to improve design operations efficiency and accessibility of our products as well as a complex feature rich design system, Clarity. This mature Angular based system expedited product design and delivery for over 149 internal products as well as external systems for Porshe and Dell.

Increased component performance by 30% with build-out of web component-based design system.
Led and delivered a refresh of the Clarity Core system including our iconography and illustration patterns.
